Beijing Day 2: 798 aka. Hip Beijing

On Sunday, we headed to the 798 arts district which is housed in an old warehouse and factory district on the outskirts of the city. Now, it is full of art galleries and studios with art both inside and outside of the buildings. We had an awesome time wandering around the area for an afternoon and taking in all the art, creativity, and people watching. This kind of atmosphere and experimental/creative outlet is just the type of place that I really craved in Jordan. It was definitely refreshing to see this burst of creativity coming out of Beijing!
