Not to rub it in or anything...

What with all the "it's hot here but I'm sure it's worse there" comments I've recently gotten, I figured I should post briefly about the weather. Weather in Jordan has so far been a lot more consistent and temperate than Damascus last summer. Nights were quite chilly when I first arrived in June but are now in the mid-70s. We had one heat wave where temperatures were 104, but because it's dry heat, it's not as bad as DC in summer (although most places don't have AC which isn't ideal). Temperatures are usually around 88 to 92, so it looks like we'll have a bit of a heat wave on Monday and Tuesday. Here's the 5 day:
